CS Energy receives a Penalty Infringement Notice and $12,615 fine
CS Energy states in their annual report that during the 2018 financial year, the Department of Environment and Science (DES) issued CS Energy with a Penalty Infringement Notice and fine of $12,615 for inadequate erosion and sediment control adjacent to the entrance road and carpark of the Kogan Creek Mine.
