AGL, owner of Liddell Power Station, is fined $15,000 by the NSW Environmental Protection Authority, after an incident involving alleged excessive dust. The NSW EPA received reports of excess dust being generated from the ash dam, which is a breach of Liddell’s Environment Protection Licence.
